Historical Fiction Project (Due October 17, 2014)
Hello Parents,
As you know our, next project is October's historical fiction book report with the “movie roll” project. I've shown students a model of what the movie roll should look like. Students will need a shoe box and two paper towel rolls or wooden dowels. Cut a large square at the front of the shoe box to look like a TV screen. On the side of the box bore two vertical holes big enough to slide the paper towels roll through. Attach (tape) the book report to both ends of the paper towel rolls to allow it to roll like a movie. Book reports should be colorful and attractive. Below you will find pictures of previous projects so you can see the front and inside views. I will send another hard copy of the book report form to refresh students’ memories about the contents of the book report.
